FREE APPRAISALS - getting started
The most common question I am asked is "What are my marbles worth?" If you have a few marbles you need help identifying or would like an approximate value, we are always happy to try and help you out at no cost. Simply email a digital image to us so we can give you a more accurate value of the marbles.
PLEASE NOTE: Marble values (and all collectibles / antiques) have taken a significant downturn in prices in recent years. Marble collecting books are an awesome reference, but prices listed are rarely accurate due to market fluctuations since a books published date. The free appraisals given are my best opinion of current market conditions.

what to send
If you have just one or a few marbles, you can send individual shots of each marble if you like. A group shot is fine also. Group shots are preferred. I will let you know if I need to see additional pictures of a certain marble or marbles.
If you have a large amount of marbles save yourself time by sorting your marbles into groups of 30 or 40 marbles. (larger groups are fine if you have 100's) Please send full size images, not cropped or down sized.
PLEASE READ THIS: Quickly eliminate marbles of little value by taking out all solid color game marbles, transparent clear glass marbles of any color and all of the cat-eye style marbles. (these have no value to collectors) See pictures below for examples.

what happens next?
If I see marbles that are of value, I will send your image back to you with arrows pointing out marbles that are worth taking a closer look at. Sometimes I might give you a phone call as well. About 90% of the images I receive for appraisals are marbles of little or no value. BUT you might have a gem that could be real value. I have paid thousands of dollars over the years for good marbles and related items like original box sets of marbles.
Please be patient. This is a hobby and I attempt to get back with you within 48 hours. In the last few months, appraisal requests have been at an all time high and I receive a few hundred emails a month. I will get back with you as soon as possible.
